Samantha Dittrich provides individual and couples therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment models. Depending on clients’ needs, treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Emotionally Focused Therapy; Trauma-Focused Therapy; mindfulness, stress management, and communication skills training. Her areas of specialty include, but are not limited to, depressive disorders, anxiety and trauma-related disorders, stress-related disorders, and ADHD. Education & Certifications Samantha Dittrich is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who received her Master of Social Work at Simmons University. Prior to her social work training, Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Plymouth State University.
