Sarah provides a holistic approach to therapy in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, personality disorders, and OCD. Sarah uses a positive psychology based approach in assisting children, adolescents, and adults looking to enhance their personal growth and develop the skills necessary to live a fulfilling life. She uses her expertise to assist clients in connecting with themselves and others in a meaningful way while providing a safe and empathetic environment where individuality is embraced. Sarah provides both individual and group counseling utilizing interventions that enhance positive growth including DBT, CBT, Positive Psychology Model, Exposure Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and Mindfulness training.
