About Stacy Aiton (She/Her)
Stacey Aiton is a licensed clinical mental health counselor who has been practicing since 2014. She takes a holistic and integrative approach to care and is trained in mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-focused interventions. She is also certified in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and is a registered yoga teacher.
Stacey’s clinical focus includes mood disorders, anxiety and stress management, trauma, prenatal and postpartum concerns, and women’s mental health. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s unique needs.
