Alexandra Wucetich, LMFT, helps teens, adults, and older adults navigate emotional challenges, relationship concerns, and life transitions with clarity and compassion. Practicing at LifeStance Health and serving patients across California, she offers a supportive, structured space where individuals and families can better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful change.

Alexandra provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for teens (ages 15–17), young adults, adults, and seniors. Her clinical work most often focuses on anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, including PTSD, as well as relationship and family dynamics. She also has experience supporting individuals facing ADHD, grief, substance use concerns, and major transitions such as midlife or later-life changes. Alexandra works with diverse populations, including members of the adoption and foster care community, first responders, and military veterans, and she offers additional areas of focus to meet the unique needs of each client.

A core passion of Alexandra’s work is helping clients heal from trauma and manage anxiety and emotional dysregulation that can interfere with daily life and relationships. She is especially attentive to how past experiences, belief systems, and family patterns shape present-day functioning. Her approach emphasizes emotional safety, skill-building, and self-awareness, helping clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve communication, and create lasting change.

Alexandra integrates evidence-based and values-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. When appropriate, she also incorporates faith-based and Christian counseling perspectives, tailoring treatment to align with each client’s values, goals, and cultural background.

Outside of her clinical work, Alexandra values holistic health, wellness, and personal growth. She enjoys hiking, boxing, reading, and exploring philosophy, psychology, and spirituality, interests that inform her thoughtful and whole-person approach to care.
