Cocise Grace is a licensed professional clinical counselor who has been serving adults at LifeStance since 2018. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has experience working in both inpatient psychiatric and private practice settings.

Cocise provides a compassionate and supportive space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and self-awareness. She offers individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions-helping them better understand their emotional experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve them.

Her approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strength-based, and solution-focused techniques. Through CBT, she supports clients in recognizing how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected and in learning practical skills to manage distress, build self-confidence, and create meaningful change. She incorporates mindfulness practices to increase present-moment awareness and emotional regulation, while also using strength-based and solution-focused strategies to help clients build on their resilience, clarify their values, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

Outside of work, Cocise enjoys staying active through exercise, traveling, and exploring holistic health. She also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
