With nearly two decades of experience, Amy specializes in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and trauma, empowering them to build resilience and regain control over their lives. Amy is particularly passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD, childhood behavior issues, and PTSD/trauma. As a Certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT), she provides specialized care to those processing difficult life experiences, helping them develop coping strategies and work toward recovery.
