Holly Prahm, LMFT, helps patients across California navigate meaningful change by offering a grounded, compassionate space where healing feels accessible and supported. She provides care for children, adolescents, teens, and adults, helping individuals and families address concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship challenges. Practicing at LifeStance Health, she integrates evidence-based therapy with mind-body approaches to support emotional resilience and long-term well-being throughout California.

Holly offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy with a focus on creating clear, practical pathways toward relief. She frequently works with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related symptoms, drawing on a blend of cognitive, relational, and somatic modalities to help them build skills for daily stability and deeper self-understanding. She also supports families navigating developmental and behavioral challenges in children and teens, as well as adults managing life transitions.

Holly is especially passionate about integrative trauma healing. Her work includes Polyvagal-informed therapy, EFT Tapping, Jungian depth work, energy-based healing practices as a Reiki Master, and innovative modalities such as transcranial photobiomodulation and vibroacoustic therapy. These approaches allow her to support clients in regulating the nervous system, releasing stored emotional pain, and reconnecting with a sense of safety and empowerment.

She tailors treatment using interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, faith-based counseling, and couples/marital therapy. Holly serves a wide range of populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, adoption and foster care backgrounds, first responders, and military/veteran communities, and she offers additional areas of clinical focus beyond those highlighted here.

Outside of the therapy room, Holly finds restoration through Korean spas, hot springs, camping, travel, natural healing practices, EDM festivals, Christian worship singing, and spending time with her dogs. These interests help her maintain a balanced, integrated approach that she brings back into her work with clients across California.
