About Rina Varughese
Rina Varughese is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California who has been practicing since
2010. Rina has a Master of Science from University California Irvine. Rina can help clients identify attachment styles and learn healthy ways to relate, maintain, and manage relationships. Rina specializes in trauma using integrated models and work with relational attachment, anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, substance use, LGBTQ+ affirming, and pain management. Rina utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, and IFS to meet needs and increase awareness and personal strength throughout the therapeutic journey. Rina believes mentality and physical well-being are inextricably linked. Outside of work, Rina practices wellness and circuit training, loves humor, cinema, ballroom, music, playing guitar, gun ranges, learning culture, and painting.
