About Lavinia Rosen (She/Her)
Lavinia Rosen, LCSW, helps children, teens, and adults build the skills and resilience needed to navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy to patients throughout California. Lavinia works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families. Creating a supportive space where clients can gain insight, strengthen coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward their mental health goals. Her clinical expertise includes treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients facing a variety of additional mental health concerns. Lavinia utilizes a personalized treatment approach that may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with other therapeutic interventions tailored to the needs of each client. Her practice also includes support for concerns such as grief, obsessive-compulsive disorder, sleep difficulties, school avoidance, alcohol and drug use issues, and other behavioral health needs. In addition to English, Lavinia speaks Romanian, allowing her to provide care to a broader range of individuals and families seeking culturally responsive mental health support. Lavinia earned degrees from Fordham University and Brandman University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys classic cars, car racing, drag racing, reading, and drawing.
