Kirsten Molina, MA, LMFT
Specializes In:
My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space in which my clients can freely explore, challenge, and eventually transform the parts of themselves that are in need of attention. I strive to validate and empower my clients, providing them with new tools and strategies to help create the changes they desire in their lives. My holistic approach integrates the mind, body and spirit as an essential part of the healing process.
My approach focuses on building trust and rapport with my clients. I believe that the client-therapist relationship is paramount to a successful outcome. Over the years, I have worked extensively with individuals from a variety of cultures, backgrounds and lifestyles. I enjoy working collaboratively with my clients to take control of their own healing and transformation process.
I earned undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Art History from Washington State University and my Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego.
At this time I am only treating clients via telehealth.
