Ingrid Murrle, LMFT, is dedicated to helping individuals and families across California navigate life’s challenges with compassionate and evidence-based care. She provides individual and group therapy, supporting children, adolescents, and adults in overcoming obstacles such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. With a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, Ingrid creates a safe and nurturing environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop the skills needed for lasting well-being.

Ingrid is particularly passionate about working with children and youth experiencing problematic sexual behavior, as well as individuals navigating foster care, adoption, and grief. Her expertise in these areas allows her to provide specialized support to children and families facing complex emotional and behavioral challenges. By integrating trauma-informed interventions and family-focused approaches, she helps clients heal from past experiences, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence.

With over 30 years of experience in mental health, Ingrid has worked extensively with Latino families, first responders, and individuals recovering from head injuries. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and faith-based treatment into her practice, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. In addition to her clinical work, she consults on cultural considerations in mental health treatment, particularly for youth with problematic sexual behaviors and survivors of child abuse.

Beyond her professional life, Ingrid finds joy in artistic expression through painting, needlepoint, and knitting. She also enjoys hiking, camping, and spending time outdoors, activities that help her stay grounded and connected to nature.
