I have worked in a variety of professional environments, which has helped me to cultivate me into the therapist I am today. I have a heart to come alongside hurting people with the use of an eclectic mix of therapeutic skills, including CBT, DBT, family systems, motivational interviewing and mindfulness, to give support and hope for a better future. Most recently, I have received my EMDR training through an EMDRIA approved program.
