Brittany brings a unique depth of experience to her clinical practice, combining four years as a therapist with 12 years of prior experience as a non-profit program director and consultant. This extensive background in community leadership in diverse populations informs her holistic, person-centered approach to therapy. Today, Brittany provides a direct, safe, and skills-based environment that empowers clients to navigate their own path to healing. She is proudly neuro-affirming and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, affirming, and celebrating!

Brittany specializes in treating OCD, phobias, and anxiety disorders, utilizing specialized training in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). She also specializes in perinatal mental health, perfectionism, helping high-performing women, and other women’s issues. Her evidence-based approach is tailored to each client, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness. Brittany holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Tennessee and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Valdosta State University.
