Helping adults throughout Massachusetts navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth, Tina Huynh provides thoughtful, individualized therapy in a supportive and affirming environment. At LifeStance Health, she works collaboratively with patients to better understand their experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build meaningful change. Tina believes therapy should be a space where individuals feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to explore new perspectives while working toward greater emotional well-being.

Tina has a particular interest in supporting adults facing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands how these challenges can affect relationships, self-confidence, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach, she helps patients identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck while fostering resilience, self-awareness, and practical skills for lasting progress.

In addition to these areas of focus, Tina provides support for individuals navigating grief, gender identity exploration, midlife transitions, and other life challenges. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices to tailor treatment to each patient’s unique goals and needs. She also offers support for LGBTQ+ individuals and welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Tina provides care for young adults and adults and offers additional support for concerns beyond her primary areas of focus.

Tina began practicing in 2026 and earned her education from Salem State University and Boston College. Her therapeutic style is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration, helping patients feel comfortable exploring both challenges and strengths as they work toward meaningful change.

Outside of her clinical work, Tina enjoys spending time in nature, taking peaceful walks, stargazing, and visiting art museums. These interests reflect her appreciation for mindfulness, creativity, and finding moments of reflection in everyday life.

As a therapist serving adults across Massachusetts, Tina is dedicated to helping individuals gain greater insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more fulfilling life. Whether someone is seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, or significant life transitions, she strives to create a safe and supportive path forward.
