Helping teens, young adults, and adults throughout Massachusetts manage emotional challenges and build greater resilience, Valentina Romanova provides compassionate, individualized therapy at LifeStance Health. She works collaboratively with patients to create a supportive space where they can explore their experiences, gain insight into patterns affecting their well-being, and develop practical tools for meaningful change. Valentina believes that effective therapy combines clinical expertise with genuine human connection, empowering patients to move forward with confidence and purpose.

Valentina is particularly passionate about helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. She understands that these challenges can impact every aspect of life, from relationships and self-esteem to work, school, and daily functioning. Through a thoughtful and evidence-based approach, she helps patients develop healthier coping strategies, process difficult experiences, and build emotional flexibility. Her goal is to help individuals not only reduce symptoms but also create a stronger sense of balance and fulfillment in their lives.

In addition to her primary areas of focus, Valentina works with patients facing ADHD, bipolar disorder, and postpartum depression and anxiety, while also providing support for a variety of additional mental health concerns. She utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. She treats both teens and adults, recognizing that every stage of life presents distinct challenges and opportunities for growth.

Valentina began practicing in 2025 and earned her education from the Russian University of Economics by Plekhanov, the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis, and Salem State University. She is also able to provide therapy in Russian, helping patients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that best supports their care.

Outside of her clinical work, Valentina enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, taking long walks, and practicing yoga and Pilates. These interests reflect her appreciation for curiosity, balance, and overall well-being, values that also influence her approach to therapy.

As a therapist serving patients across Massachusetts, Valentina is committed to helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns with compassion and evidence-based care. Whether someone is seeking support during a difficult period or looking to build lasting emotional wellness, she strives to provide guidance that is both practical and empowering.
