Her areas of expertise include anxiety, ADHD, and depression, while also supporting individuals facing a variety of additional mental health concerns.
Kassy is especially passionate about helping clients who are navigating anxiety, ADHD, and depression. She understands how these challenges can affect school performance, relationships, self-esteem, and daily functioning. Using an individualized approach, she helps clients identify patterns that may be holding them back, develop effective coping tools, and build confidence in managing symptoms. Whether supporting a child struggling in school, a teen facing emotional challenges, or an adult seeking greater balance, Kassy focuses on helping clients make sustainable and meaningful progress.
Her therapeutic style combines warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. Kassy incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) while tailoring treatment to each client’s unique goals. She provides individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy and has experience supporting members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals involved with adoption and foster care. She also offers support for concerns such as trauma, grief, postpartum depression and anxiety, relationship challenges, school avoidance, and substance use issues, among other mental health needs.
Kassy earned her education through Salem State University and is committed to ongoing professional growth to ensure clients receive thoughtful, effective care grounded in current therapeutic practices.
Outside of her clinical work, Kassy enjoys spending time outdoors, especially during the summer months. She loves experimenting with new recipes and expressing her creativity through painting, arts, and crafts. She is also able to provide therapy services in Spanish.
