Blue Bair, MA,
About Blue Bair (They/Them)
Blue Bair helps adults navigate life’s challenges with warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care. As a therapist at LifeStance Health, they work with patients across Massachusetts who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, or questions related to gender identity. Blue creates a supportive, affirming space where individuals can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting emotional well-being.
Blue is especially passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and individuals exploring gender identity. They believe therapy can be a powerful place for self-discovery, growth, and healing, helping patients better understand themselves while developing confidence and authenticity in their daily lives. Their approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique goals, values, and lived experiences.
In addition to supporting patients with gender identity concerns, Blue works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. They have a particular clinical interest in trauma-informed care and relationship counseling, helping patients address patterns that may be impacting their emotional health, relationships, and quality of life. They also offer support for additional mental health needs beyond these areas of focus.
Blue utilizes evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based techniques. These interventions help patients identify unhelpful patterns, increase self-awareness, and build meaningful strategies for coping with stress, managing emotions, and creating positive change.
Before entering clinical practice, Blue studied at the University of Vermont and Boston University, experiences that helped shape their understanding of diverse perspectives and human development. Since beginning practice in 2026, they have remained committed to providing compassionate, person-centered mental health care.
Outside of therapy, Blue enjoys gathering around the table for board games with friends, leading adventures in Dungeons & Dragons, spending time with their cat, and exploring local bike paths. These interests reflect their appreciation for creativity, connection, and lifelong learning.
Blue is proud to serve adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health, providing supportive therapy for anxiety, depression, gender identity concerns, and other mental health challenges.
