Alicia Elnagger, LICSW, works with adults who have spent years trying to understand themselves but still feel caught in the same patterns of anxiety, overthinking, self-doubt, or emotional exhaustion. She especially enjoys working with people who think deeply, ask difficult questions, and are eager to better understand themselves.

Alicia brings a warm, collaborative style to therapy and is interested in understanding how each person’s mind works rather than forcing experiences into a predetermined framework. She has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults, including those with autism and ADHD, as well as individuals navigating life transitions, relationships, executive functioning challenges, and identity development. She believes lasting change comes from making room for complexity, cultivating curiosity, and building a life that feels authentic rather than simply manageable.

Her goal is for therapy to feel like a place where clients can think out loud, ask difficult questions, and be met with both compassion and thoughtful challenge. Clients are encouraged to slow down, explore patterns, and have honest conversations without feeling judged or rushed. Alicia believes people make more sense when their story is understood.
