About Jorge Piccole (He/Him)

Jorge Piccole helps adults and older adults build resilience, gain insight, and develop practical strategies for managing emotional and mental health challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, he provides individual and group therapy to patients throughout Massachusetts, creating a supportive and collaborative environment where people can work toward meaningful, lasting change. His approach emphasizes understanding each person’s unique experiences while using evidence-based treatments to foster growth, healing, and improved well-being.

Jorge works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting patients facing concerns such as ADHD, grief, bipolar disorder, substance use issues, psychosis, and life stressors. He believes effective therapy is built on trust, authenticity, and a strong therapeutic relationship. By helping patients identify patterns, strengthen coping skills, and build on their existing strengths, he empowers them to make progress toward their personal and mental health goals.

Jorge is particularly committed to helping individuals navigate complex emotional experiences and recovery journeys. He understands that challenges related to trauma, mood concerns, and anxiety can affect every aspect of life, including relationships, work, and self-esteem. His goal is to help patients develop greater self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and confidence as they move toward a healthier and more fulfilling future.

His therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He also utilizes additional evidence-based interventions to meet the diverse needs of the individuals he serves. Through treatment, Jorge focuses on helping patients strengthen coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and create sustainable positive change.

Jorge earned his education from Bates University and Boston University. He brings a thoughtful, person-centered perspective to care and is dedicated to providing high-quality mental health services tailored to each patient’s goals and circumstances.

Outside of his clinical work, Jorge enjoys reading, playing video games, board games, and spending time with family and friends. These interests reflect his appreciation for connection, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

Jorge welcomes adults and seniors across Massachusetts who are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Through LifeStance Health, he provides compassionate, evidence-based care designed to help patients thrive.
