About Jessica Seelye (She/Her)

Jessica Seelye, LMHC, helps individuals build practical skills to manage emotional challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and meaningful life. She provides individual therapy for teens and adults across Massachusetts through LifeStance Health, supporting clients as they navigate stress, life transitions, and complex mental health concerns. Jessica works collaboratively with each person to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where healing and personal growth can take place. Jessica has clinical experience treating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, helping clients understand patterns that may be affecting their mood, relationships, and daily functioning. She uses evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and parenting skills strategies to help individuals develop healthier coping tools, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Jessica also works with individuals on the autism spectrum and members of the LGBTQ+ community, and she offers support for additional mental health concerns. Jessica is especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating gender identity, reproductive challenges, and women’s mental health. She understands that identity development, hormonal and reproductive changes, and social pressures can significantly impact emotional well-being. Her work focuses on helping clients process these experiences, strengthen self-acceptance, and build confidence in their authentic identity while developing practical strategies for managing anxiety, mood changes, and life stressors. Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys creative hobbies that allow her to recharge and express herself. She loves spending time with her cat, Pepper, and often relaxes by knitting, scrapbooking, or painting. She is also deeply committed to mental health advocacy and allyship within her community. Jessica earned her degrees from Southern New Hampshire University and Colby-Sawyer College and has been practicing since 2022. She is proud to serve teens and adults throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health.
