Haley Cuthbert, MSW,
About Haley Cuthbert (She/Her)
Haley Cuthbert helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults develop the skills and confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges, strengthen emotional well-being, and build healthy coping strategies. At LifeStance Health, she provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for patients across Massachusetts, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel understood, respected, and empowered. Haley works closely with each patient to identify personal strengths and create practical solutions for overcoming obstacles at home, in school, and in daily life.
Haley is especially passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and teens facing school avoidance and related emotional challenges. She understands that difficulties attending school often stem from underlying stress, anxiety, trauma, or behavioral concerns, and she partners with families to help young people reengage with their education and regain confidence. Through a thoughtful and collaborative approach, Haley helps patients build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and develop skills that support long-term success.
Her clinical work focuses on treating anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma while also providing support for additional mental health concerns. Haley utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and parenting skills interventions to help patients better understand their emotions, strengthen coping abilities, and foster positive change. She has experience working with a variety of populations, including individuals in adoption and foster care, those on the autism spectrum, and people with developmental disabilities. Haley provides individualized treatment plans designed to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
Haley believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration. She strives to create a welcoming space where patients can explore challenges openly while developing the tools needed to navigate life’s transitions with greater confidence and independence.
She earned her education from Boston College and Boston College School of Social Work, where she developed a strong foundation in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults through evidence-based mental health care.
Outside of her clinical work, Haley enjoys reading, exploring new places through travel, painting, and spending time with friends playing board games. These interests reflect her appreciation for creativity, connection, and lifelong learning.
Haley is committed to helping young people and families throughout Massachusetts find support, healing, and growth. Whether seeking therapy for anxiety, ADHD, trauma, school-related challenges, or other emotional concerns, patients can expect thoughtful, personalized care grounded in compassion and clinical expertise.
