Christine Paschal helps adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and practical strategies for lasting change. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy to patients throughout Massachusetts, supporting those who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. Christine creates a welcoming, collaborative environment where patients can explore concerns, build resilience, and develop skills to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

A particular area of passion for Christine is supporting women through life transitions and adjustments, including reproductive challenges, midlife changes, and evolving personal or family roles. She understands that periods of transition can bring uncertainty, loss, and emotional stress, while also creating opportunities for growth and self-discovery. Christine works alongside patients to help them strengthen self-awareness, identify personal strengths, and create meaningful paths forward during times of change.

Christine also has extensive experience helping adolescents and teens facing school avoidance, childhood behavioral concerns, anxiety, and identity-related challenges. She values building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust, emotional safety, and personal growth. In addition to her primary specialties, she offers support for a variety of mental health concerns and life experiences.

Her therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual’s needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, and parenting skills support when appropriate. Christine believes effective therapy combines evidence-based practices with genuine human connection.

Christine earned her education from Eckerd College and Boston University School of Social Work. Since beginning her clinical practice in 1998, she has worked with diverse individuals and families across a variety of settings.

Outside of her clinical work, Christine enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends, especially during lively game nights. She also enjoys trivia, pickleball, and following her favorite New England sports teams. A lifelong basketball enthusiast, she is especially passionate about empowering young girls to recognize their strengths, embrace their potential, and pursue their goals with confidence.

Christine is proud to serve patients throughout Massachusetts through LifeStance Health. Book Online to schedule an appointment.
