Anna Dietl helps children, adolescents, teens, and young adults build stability, strengthen coping skills, and feel more understood during difficult seasons of life. At LifeStance Health, she provides mental health care for patients across Massachusetts through individual therapy and family therapy, supporting concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, and trauma while creating a treatment experience that is both compassionate and clinically grounded.

She is especially passionate about helping young people who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital and need thoughtful, structured support as they transition back to everyday life. Anna works with families to reduce overwhelm, improve communication, reinforce safety planning, and create realistic next steps for recovery. Her approach is attentive to the emotional impact of crisis, while also helping patients regain confidence, routine, and connection at home, in school, and in their relationships.

Anna also works with patients navigating depression, school-related stress, and behavioral challenges, and she offers additional support for a wider range of mental health needs. She incorporates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while drawing from additional therapeutic interventions when helpful. Her practice also includes work with LGBTQ+ patients, children and teens in adoption or foster care, and individuals with autism spectrum disorders, along with additional populations needing personalized support.

A Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Anna began practicing in 2025 and studied at the University of New Hampshire and Regis College. Her style is warm, engaged, and practical, with care tailored to each patient’s developmental stage and goals. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Nova, and her cat, Nellie, as well as hiking, swimming, and exploring new places.

For families and young adults seeking therapy in Massachusetts, Anna offers a supportive space to work toward healing, resilience, and meaningful progress. Book Online to schedule care with Anna Dietl at LifeStance Health.
