About Brianna Spagna (She/Her)

Brianna Spagna helps adults and older adults across Massachusetts build practical skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward lasting emotional wellness. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides a supportive, collaborative therapeutic environment where clients can address challenges that may be affecting their daily lives, relationships, and overall well-being. Brianna offers individual and group therapy for adults, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique goals and experiences.

Brianna has experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting clients facing a range of additional mental health concerns. She draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Her approach balances clinical expertise with genuine compassion, creating a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

A particular passion of Brianna’s is working with individuals experiencing bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and psychosis or schizophrenia. She understands that these conditions can present unique challenges and often require thoughtful, individualized care. Brianna is dedicated to helping clients develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward greater stability, recovery, and quality of life while honoring each person’s strengths and lived experiences.

Brianna earned her education from Framingham State University and Suffolk University. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and providing therapeutic care that reflects current best practices in mental health treatment.

Outside of her clinical work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her cats, Han and Zazu, painting, solving puzzles, and participating in role-playing games such as Dungeons & Dragons. These creative and engaging hobbies help her stay grounded and bring a sense of curiosity and connection to her work with clients.

Through LifeStance Health, Brianna is proud to provide mental health counseling and therapy services to adults and seniors throughout Massachusetts. Whether someone is seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, or other emotional concerns, she is committed to helping them take meaningful steps toward healing and growth.
