She is a clinical therapist at LifeStance, having completed her Master’s in Social Work from Boston College and B.S. in Psychology from Howard University. Chandler’s professional background includes conducting clinical services utilizing CBT, DBT, psychodynamic theory, and psycho-education practices with diverse populations. Through person-centered mental healthcare, education, and advocacy, Chandler is dedicated to supporting individuals and families in achieving their growth and wellness goals. Chandler Hayes has a clinical concentration in Afrocentric Social Work. Chandler maintains a sustained commitment to centering the cultural values and practices of the community she serves. Additionally, her experiences from living and studying abroad in both Europe and Asia have strengthened Chandler’s cross-cultural communication and global understanding. She is resolute in providing culturally conscious interventions to improve social equity and increase awareness for mental health. Chandler resides in Boston and enjoys a healthy work-life balance. When she is not engaged in work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, roller skating, and traveling to international destinations to explore new places and foods.
