About Lisa Anderson-Pace (She/Her)

Lisa Anderson-Pace, LMSW, helps adolescents and teens throughout Michigan navigate emotional challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where young people can explore their concerns, build healthy coping skills, and develop greater confidence in themselves. Lisa provides individual therapy and case management services for teens experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. Lisa is particularly passionate about supporting adolescents as they work through anxiety, depression, and grief during a critical stage of development. She recognizes that the teenage years can bring unique pressures related to school, relationships, identity, and life changes. By fostering trust and open communication, she helps young clients better understand their emotions, strengthen resilience, and develop practical strategies for managing stress and navigating difficult experiences. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a commitment to meeting each client where they are. Lisa incorporates Christian Counseling and faith-based treatment approaches when aligned with a client’s preferences and values. In addition to her primary areas of focus, she supports teens who are facing a variety of emotional and mental health concerns, including bipolar disorder and women’s issues. Lisa believes meaningful growth occurs when individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered. She works collaboratively with adolescents and their families to promote emotional well-being, healthy relationships, and positive life outcomes. Her goal is to help each client build the skills and confidence needed to thrive both now and in the future. She earned her education through Spring Arbor University. Outside of her work as a therapist, Lisa enjoys participating in church activities and values opportunities to connect with her faith community.
