At times, life likes to throw us curve balls, and with these curve balls come challenges. My goal is to help you learn and identify safe ways to cope with these stresses and to be a better supporter of yourself all while identifying your own strengths. There will be times when we are challenged more than others and may feel like the world is closing in; and in these times, finding support can be beneficial to your own wellbeing.
I encourage the sometimes bumpy road while navigating because that is truly the best way for us to learn and grow. What has happened over time and the mistakes we may have made do not define who we are as people.
