I was hesitant with the negative reviews, but after researching other offices compared to my needs I opted to keep my appointment. I scheduled my initial appointment online, it took about two weeks to be seen, but I also understand it’s the holiday season and my availability to make an appointment isn’t open either. Communication via email/text was excellent, I was able to register online within minutes and have my insurance verified. The day of the appointment I followed the check in process and headed to the office. The front desk staff member, Jody, was very warm and welcoming. The office is very well maintained and clean, they have a white noise machine going to maintain privacy in the rooms. My therapist, Tatyana, was inviting and very thoughtful. I never felt pushed or pressured, the initial process and information gathering was relaxed and I felt heard. We discussed the plan moving forward and I was able to set up my appointments for the next couple of months! I was very nervous to go, but I’m glad that I did. I feel this will be a safe and effective solution.

Crazy story…. So about 13 n half years ago I was in a halfway house in Waterford, called CPI, and had ms. flesher as a counselor , she was amazing and helped me through a very dark time, and after all theses years her names popped in my head and I had to check to see if she’s still doing what she did best! And surely enough I found this page with great reviews! And I’m so very happy that’s she is still out there helping people! Ms. Fleysher I just wanna know that you’re awesome at your job, you’re an amazing human being and the world needs more people like you!!! I hope you’re doing well! I’m doing amazing and never returned to prison! Completely changed my life around and I wanna give thanks to you for your help starting me on this path those 13, 14 years ago!!! Thank you again god bless!!

I lost my younger brother, my only sibling, suddenly 15 months ago. He was 42. I don’t know where I’d be right now if I hadn’t found Tatyana Fleysher. She’s a very compassionate soul who has helped me immensely. I will miss him terribly for the rest of my life, and grief is very heavy and all consuming, but with Tatyana’s help, ideas, and exercises to help deal with my grief, I’ve been able to come to terms with this painful loss. I would highly recommend her as she has helped me with my grief, anxiety, and PTSD from this traumatic loss.

Tatyana holds a rare mastery; equal parts clinical expertise, intuition, and grounded presence. Her space feels protected, spacious, and deeply human.
