Brittany Tracz, LMSW,
About Brittany Tracz (She/Her)
Brittany Tracz, LMSW, helps adults and older adults throughout Michigan navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for those struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as other mental health concerns. Brittany creates a warm, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Her approach is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals, and life experiences. Brittany is particularly skilled in helping people who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating depression, or working through the lasting effects of trauma. She understands that emotional struggles can impact relationships, work, sleep, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Through a thoughtful and supportive therapeutic process, she helps patients build practical coping skills, increase resilience, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. In addition to these specialty areas, she has experience supporting individuals with ADHD, grief, life transitions, women’s mental health concerns, insomnia, eating disorders, and other behavioral health needs. Her treatment style draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness-based approaches, while incorporating additional evidence-based interventions when appropriate. Brittany believes therapy is most effective when it balances clinical expertise with genuine human connection, allowing patients to feel supported while working toward lasting growth and improved mental wellness. Outside of her clinical work, Brittany enjoys spending time in nature and caring for her growing collection of houseplants. Since becoming a homeowner, she has developed a passion for gardening and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. She is also an avid music enthusiast who loves classic rock, collecting vinyl records, and attending concerts. In her free time, she enjoys health and wellness podcasts, fashion, skincare, travel, weekend getaways, and spending quality time with family and friends. Brittany earned her education through Michigan State University and Oakland University, providing a strong foundation for her clinical practice.
