About Marcie Rashidi (She/Her)

Marcie Rashidi, LMSW, helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults navigate life’s challenges with compassion, practical guidance, and evidence-based mental health care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she provides therapy services to individuals, couples, and families throughout Michigan. Marcie works with patients experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting a wide range of additional mental health concerns. Her approach is centered on creating a supportive and empowering environment where patients can build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth. Marcie is especially passionate about helping individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. She understands how these conditions can affect relationships, school performance, work, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Through a personalized treatment approach, she helps patients gain insight into their experiences, develop effective strategies for managing symptoms, and create lasting positive changes in their daily lives. She also provides support for concerns such as childhood behavior issues, couples challenges, grief, later life transitions, women’s issues, and other emotional and behavioral health needs. Her therapeutic style is collaborative and adaptable, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while incorporating other treatment modalities as appropriate. Marcie also offers psychological testing and utilizes additional interventions to meet the unique needs of each patient. Whether working with a child, teen, adult, couple, or family, she focuses on helping individuals identify strengths and build a strong foundation for long-term success. Marcie earned her education from Wayne State University and Fisk University, experiences that helped shape her commitment to serving diverse communities with empathy and clinical expertise. Outside of her professional work, Marcie is very active in her church and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves baking, bowling, and traveling, and believes that with the three E’s, Effort, Encouragement, and Empowerment, everyone can build a strong foundation for growth and healing. People are her passion, and she is dedicated to helping others reach their fullest potential.
