Priscilla Williams helps individuals and families build resilience, manage emotional challenges, and create meaningful change through compassionate, evidence-based care. Serving patients across Missouri, Priscilla provides individualized and family therapy for teens, adults, and seniors navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. At LifeStance Health, Priscilla is known for creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to grow.

With a clinical focus on anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, Priscilla integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients develop practical coping strategies and long-term emotional balance. Priscilla has experience supporting teens as well as adults across life stages, including those facing midlife and later life transitions. Priscilla also works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including members of the LGBTQ+ community, military and veteran populations, and those involved in adoption or foster care, while offering additional areas of expertise to meet a wide range of needs.

Priscilla takes a strengths-based, collaborative approach to care, tailoring each treatment plan to align with the client’s unique goals and experiences. By blending clinical expertise with empathy, Priscilla helps clients build insight, improve relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling life.

Outside of clinical work, Priscilla enjoys spending time with family and animals, listening to music, watching television, meditating, and continuously learning new things. Priscilla earned degrees from Arizona State University and Ashford University and has been practicing since 2020.
