About Rachel Altounian (She/Her)
I work collaboratively with my clients to improve self-acceptance, clarify the path they are walking, and cope with the unique difficulties they experience. My work focuses on existentialism and CBT with integrations of IFS and somatic practices. I believe in the influence that self-actualization can have, personally and globally. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults on conflicts involving life transitions, LGBTQ identity, polyamory and non-monogamy, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, self-harm, and ADHD. When not counseling, I write and play music, spend time with loved ones, and dance as often as possible.
