About Yasmina Madeira (She/Her)
I help adults, moms, and seniors manage sleep, ADHD, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, trauma, and the deep work of healing your inner child. I help new moms through the postpartum stage, adults recovering from trauma, abuse or assault, or those facing gambling, pornography, or sex addiction. In our work, I’ll combine CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic approaches to understand how prior experiences have shaped your habits and core beliefs. I lead with cultural sensitivity and love supporting veterans and immigrant communities.
