About Addi Ankrah (She/Her)
Do you ever think: “I thought I’d be further along at this point in my life”, “I am stuck professionally”, or “I can’t seem to end this relationship, and I know I can’t stay in it?” I’m a therapist and adjunct professor who loves working with seniors, adults, and the queer community to create meaningful relationships and better understand oneself. I am a non-judgmental listener, and I’ll draw on CBT and mindfulness techniques as we navigate significant life changes, debunk the grind culture, embrace quiet moments, set boundaries, and build the life you want.
