Rene believes in a holistic and client-centered approach that involves the whole person-physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. The counseling experience is an incredible pathway to rediscover themselves and resolve the issues that have been holding them back. Outside of work, Rene is active and an avid basketball and tennis player. He participates at his local Crossfit. He is a basketball coach for his son’s basketball teams. He is a car guy and loves the domestic and import car scene. He loves music and movies and tremendously enjoys watching documentaries. His favorite books are biographies. He enjoys reading up on the latest studies and research in his field.
