-Paul Southwell is an exceptional counselor . I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Paul Southwell. He is one of the most genuine, humble, and kind counselors I have ever met. From the moment I started with him in March 2026, he listened to me with true empathy and guided me with patience and wisdom. Six months later, I feel like a completely different person — stronger, clearer, and more confident. My family has seen a 180-degree change in me, and I owe so much of that to Paul. Thank you, Paul, for being exactly who you are. I appreciate you more than words can say. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking real support and transformation.

Paul has been an exceptional therapist. His patience is unmatched, and he consistently takes the time to truly listen. What we appreciate most is how available he is during the moments we need support the most. In our family sessions, Paul brings a calm, balanced presence and mediates with care, helping us communicate more effectively. In his one‑on‑one sessions, he has a remarkable ability to spark openness, expression, and feel understood. Our family is deeply grateful for his guidance, and we highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking a therapist who is compassionate, skilled, and genuinely invested in his clients’ growth.
