Starsha Davis, MS, LPC
Starsha Davis helps teens, adults, and older adults across Ohio navigate life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care. As a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, and substance use concerns. Starsha creates a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where patients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
Starsha is especially passionate about helping individuals work through ADHD, PTSD and trauma-related concerns, and women’s mental health issues, including post-partum depression and anxiety. She understands that mental health experiences are deeply personal and believes therapy should be tailored to each individual’s goals, strengths, and lived experiences. Her approach focuses on helping patients build emotional resilience, improve coping skills, and develop healthier patterns in relationships, communication, and self-esteem.
Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to support emotional growth and long-term wellness. She also has experience supporting individuals within the adoption and foster care community as well as patients with developmental disabilities. In addition to her primary specialties, Starsha offers support for childhood behavioral concerns, grief, alcohol and drug use issues, and additional mental health needs.
Starsha earned her undergraduate degree from Earlham College and continued her counseling education at Wright State University. She began practicing in 2025 and is committed to continuing her growth as a mental health professional serving communities throughout Ohio.
Outside of her clinical work, Starsha enjoys reading, writing short stories, creating art projects, and spending time with family. Music and singing have always been important creative outlets for her, and she also enjoys visiting museums, aquariums, zoos, and exploring scenic destinations throughout Ohio. Her creativity and warmth help her connect authentically with patients from many different backgrounds.
Starsha Davis provides services with supervision.
