Sarah Pawlak supports adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults across Ohio in navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges through compassionate, evidence-based care at LifeStance Health. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy designed to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability and emotional well-being.

She specializes in anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar disorder, offering structured, supportive treatment that helps clients better understand mood patterns, reduce distress, and improve daily functioning. Sarah also has extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, grief, and psychosis-related conditions, as well as those managing post-partum depression and anxiety. Her clinical work focuses on helping clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and long-term resilience.

Sarah works closely with individuals, couples, and families facing complex life stressors, including relationship conflict, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. She also provides support for those impacted by childhood behavioral concerns and women’s mental health needs. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness strategies, family therapy, and parenting skills interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. She also has experience supporting court-ordered treatment and individuals recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital, helping them transition toward ongoing stability and recovery.

She works with a diverse range of populations, including first responders, military veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, and clients across a wide range of life experiences, ensuring care is inclusive, respectful, and trauma-informed.

Outside of her clinical work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and reading.
