About Roberta White (She/Her)

Roberta White helps children, adolescents, teens, adults, and seniors across Ohio navigate emotional and behavioral challenges with confidence, clarity, and compassionate support through LifeStance Health. She provides individual and family therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, creating a safe, structured environment where clients and families can build practical skills and experience meaningful progress.

Roberta specializes in anxiety, ADHD, and PTSD/trauma, offering a thoughtful, individualized approach that meets each client’s developmental stage and unique needs. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR to help clients manage symptoms, improve emotional regulation, and process difficult experiences. She also supports additional concerns, including OCD, grief, school avoidance, and postpartum mental health, tailoring care to a wide range of mental health needs.

Roberta has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in adoption and foster care, those on the autism spectrum, and LGBTQ+ clients. Through family therapy, she partners with caregivers to strengthen communication, support healthy development, and create positive, lasting changes within the home environment.

With over two decades of clinical experience since beginning her practice in 2001, Roberta brings depth, stability, and a calm, empathetic presence to her work. She is committed to helping clients of all ages feel understood while building the tools they need for long-term emotional wellness.

Outside of her clinical work, Roberta enjoys traveling, gardening, and spending time in nature, which reflects her belief in balance and the restorative power of the natural world.
