About Jasmine Janis (She/Her)
Jasmine Janis is a Licensed Independent Social Worker Supervisor (LISW-S) through the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Wittenberg University and a Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University. Jasmine has 19 years of experience working as a group therapist, individual and family therapist, and clinical supervisor with children and adolescents in a residential treatment setting. She is trained in the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT) as well as EMDR Therapy. Jasmine specializes in working with individuals with histories of trauma. She also has experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, and substance use disorders. Jasmine’s “Life Stance” is to thrive despite adversity and to make fulfilling connections with others.
