Specializes In:
Angela Mills is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2010. She has a Bachelor’s of Science from Penn State University and a Master’s of Science in Counseling Psychology from Chatham University. Angela started in the mental health field 16 years ago. She decided she wanted to be a therapist in high school, when she experienced the loss of someone very close to her that changed how she looked at the world. Angela had a therapist at the time that helped her through that loss and had a huge impact on her life. That is when Angela knew she wanted to be a therapist. Angela has experience working with a wide range of clients; however, she has spent the past 6 years working with clients of all ages experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and oppositional defiance disorder. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, but normally integrates reality therapy and CBT into a lot of her sessions. She’d like to think something unique about her is that she has had so many life experiences that have helped her build a strong rapport with her clients. Angela looks forward to talking to you soon! Angela truly enjoys helping people and building a strong rapport with her clients. When she’s not working, she coached soccer and loves watching her 10 and under boys travel team grow as players and young men.
