Nicholas Foreman is a dedicated Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University. With a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Nicholas is committed to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate lifeās challenges.
Nicholas has extensive experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and trauma. At Life Stance Health, he integrates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to provide personalized care that meets each clientās unique needs. His goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their emotions, identify barriers, and develop the tools needed to foster confidence and resilience.
In addition to his work as a therapist, Nicholas enjoys serving at his church and volunteering to help college students build social-emotional skills and wellness. He and his wife share a love for singing, traveling, and spending quality time with their family.
