Alice is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She began working in mental health as a para-professional in 1993, received my MSSW from University of Texas at Arlington, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker through the state of Texas. When individuals of any age experience life stressors or trauma they may feel like their life has become unfocused, out of balance or unhinged. Her passion is to bring healing to individuals/couples/families and get through these experiences. I help clients of all ages to find healthy perceptions of themselves so they can know themselves as whole, content, fulfilled and safe individuals. She realize that “one size does NOT fit all” in therapy so she has been trained in a range of modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, guided imagery, ego state interventions, bilateral stimulation and sand tray therapy. She is a Love and Logic Parenting Program facilitator. She have worked with all ages for many different issues including domestic violence, sexual abuse, drug issues, anxiety disorders (PTSD), depression, parenting skills, personality disorders, crisis intervention and marital relations.
