Breanna Coleman, MA, LPC,
About Breanna Coleman (She/Her)
Breanna Coleman is a Licensed Professional Counselor at LifeStance Health who helps teens and adults across Texas navigate emotional challenges, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. She provides individual therapy for anxiety, depression, and PTSD and trauma, along with additional mental health concerns. Her approach pairs compassionate support with practical strategies that help patients better understand their experiences and move toward greater confidence and well-being. Breanna is especially passionate about helping individuals and families process life’s challenges, rewrite inherited narratives, and build sustainable, empowered paths forward. Advocacy is central to her commitment to mental health care, particularly supporting people who may have difficulty advocating for themselves. She works to create a therapeutic space where patients can explore patterns, recognize their strengths, and develop healthier ways of moving through life. Her clinical approach may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, as well as additional interventions based on individual needs. Breanna supports teens ages 11 and older and adults through midlife, providing care that recognizes each stage of life can bring distinct emotional, relational, and personal challenges. Breanna studied at Sam Houston State University. Outside of therapy, she is an avid reader who enjoys romance, science fiction, and psychological thrillers.
