About Lee Williams
Lee Williams is a compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health who helps patients in Texas navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills for lasting well-being. Lee works with teens, adults, and seniors, providing individual, couples, and family therapy tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. Her clinical experience includes supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, and PTSD/trauma, along with additional mental health concerns. Lee is especially committed to helping patients feel understood and supported as they work through anxiety, depression, and experiences related to trauma. She creates a caring therapeutic environment where patients can explore difficult emotions, recognize patterns that may be holding them back, and develop healthier ways to respond to life’s challenges. Her work also extends to relationship concerns, life transitions, grief, and other areas that can affect emotional wellness. Using evidence-informed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and couples/marital counseling, Lee helps patients develop coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, and strengthen communication. She treats adolescents and teens beginning at age 11, as well as adults and seniors, adapting therapy to each stage of life. Lee began practicing in 2023 and completed her education at Capella University and the University of Phoenix. Outside of her clinical work, she values faith, quality time with family and friends, exercise, travel, nature walks, cooking and baking, music, movies, exploring new restaurants, self-care, personal growth, and health and wellness.
