About Carter Bagnall (She/Her)
Carter works with individuals from all walks of life and has worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship dysfunction, and family conflict, as well as additional life stressors. Carter holds the perspective that each individual is the expert of their own life and seeks to facilitate therapy in a way that best meets the needs of the client, promoting autonomy and introspection. She utilizes the approaches of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, multicultural competency, and mindfulness. Carter’s hope is to offer a safe environment in which the client feels heard, understood, and validated in their experience of the world, encouraging growth and healing in the process, by providing a supportive and empathetic presence.
