Mrs. Kristine Pantke, MSW, LCSW,
About Mrs. Kristine Pantke (She/Her)
Kristine Pantke helps adults and older adults throughout Virginia build on their strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and create meaningful change. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Kristine works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, while also helping clients facing a variety of other emotional and behavioral health challenges. A particular passion of Kristine’s is supporting individuals living with ADHD, managing the impact of medical conditions and chronic pain, and navigating later life transitions. Whether someone is adjusting to a new stage of life, coping with the emotional effects of a health diagnosis, or seeking practical strategies for attention and focus difficulties, she offers compassionate guidance tailored to each person’s goals and experiences. Her approach recognizes that growth happens at different paces and that lasting progress begins with feeling safe, respected, and understood. Kristine believes clients already possess the capacity for growth and resilience, and she views therapy as a collaborative process of uncovering and strengthening those abilities. She is known for bringing warmth, consistency, and unconditional positive regard to every session while also offering thoughtful challenges that encourage meaningful progress. Her clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and mindfulness-based strategies. She has experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, military members and veterans, and many other populations with diverse backgrounds and life experiences. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2017, Kristine has helped individuals work through complex emotional concerns while developing practical tools for daily life. Her education includes training from George Mason University and Spalding University, which helped shape her person-centered and socially aware approach to mental health care. Outside of work, Kristine enjoys getting lost in a good book, planning camping adventures, passionately discussing movies, coloring as a creative outlet, playing games, and spending time with the people she cares about most. For adults and seniors seeking therapy for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, chronic health concerns, or other mental health needs in Virginia, Kristine provides compassionate, evidence-based care through LifeStance Health.
