About Cassie Carlson (She/Her)

Cassie Carlson, LCSW, helps adults build practical skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting changes. As a therapist with LifeStance Health, she provides individual therapy for adults and seniors across Wisconsin, offering a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can work toward improved emotional well-being and healthier daily functioning. In addition to substance use concerns, Cassie works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and additional mental health concerns. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also incorporates mindfulness techniques to help clients increase self-awareness, manage stress, and stay connected to their values. Cassie earned her degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and Lakeland University. Her clinical work is informed by her dual licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, allowing her to provide comprehensive support for individuals facing both mental health and substance use challenges. Outside of her professional role, Cassie enjoys spending time with her horse, being with her family, reading, watching movies, walking her dogs, and enjoying the outdoors.
