Stephanie Hoeft, LCSW, is dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, manage overwhelming emotions, and create meaningful change in their lives. Serving patients across Wisconsin, she provides compassionate, evidence-based individual therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Stephanie creates a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, and PTSD/trauma, while also supporting concerns such as depression, OCD, grief, and life transitions. Using approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, Stephanie tailors treatment to each client’s needs. She also works with diverse populations, including individuals connected to foster care and adoption, those with developmental differences, and military or first responder communities, while offering additional areas of support. Stephanie is especially passionate about working with individuals who have been recently discharged from a psychiatric hospital. She understands the unique challenges of transitioning back into daily life and provides structured, compassionate care to help stabilize symptoms, strengthen coping skills, and reduce the risk of readmission. Her goal is to support each client in rebuilding a sense of safety, independence, and hope during this critical period. Stephanie brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to her work. Outside of her practice, she enjoys arts and crafts, painting, spending time with animals, coloring, and being outdoors.
