Hope Letson, LAC,
About Hope Letson (She/Her)
Hope Letson, LAC, helps children, adolescents, teens, and adults throughout New Jersey navigate life’s challenges with a compassionate, practical, and individualized approach to therapy. At LifeStance Health, she provides individual, couples, and family therapy, working collaboratively with clients to build skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and she welcomes individuals and families seeking support during difficult transitions or periods of emotional distress. Hope is especially passionate about helping clients overcome anxiety and develop effective tools for managing everyday stressors. She understands how anxiety can affect school performance, relationships, self-confidence, and overall well-being. Using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness, she helps clients identify unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and move toward their goals with greater confidence and clarity. Working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, Hope creates a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She also provides care for concerns related to depression, relationship difficulties, childhood behavior issues, and other emotional and behavioral health needs. In addition to these areas, she offers support for a variety of mental health concerns and life challenges. Hope believes that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She tailors treatment to each person’s unique strengths, experiences, and goals, helping clients develop practical strategies that can be applied in daily life. Her approach is grounded in collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to helping clients make sustainable progress. Outside of her clinical work, Hope enjoys reading, exercise, and cooking.
Hope Letson provides services with supervision.
